- Upon submission of the webcast registration
form, you will receive a confirmation email for the appropriate webcast.
- One day prior to the webcast you will receive
an email with a link to the appropriate webcast, a password to enter
the webcast and a toll-free telephone numbr for the audio portion of
the webcast.
- Approximately 10 minutes prior to the webcast
proceed to the link in the above referenced email. If you do not have
the email or the link you can also proceed to http://seasoft.webex.com,
click the "Browse Meetings" link from the left navigation area (under
"Attend a Meeting") and click the "Join Now" link next to the meeting
you want to attend.
- When prompted enter your full name, email
address and the password provided to you.
- Attendees must have the WebEx Meeting Manager
(thin client) installed to view the webcast. If the WebEx Meeting Manager
is not installed it will automatically attempt to install itself on
your PC. The WebEx Meeting Manager can be installed and tested prior
to the webcast by goin to http://seasoft.webex.com,
clicking the "Set Up" link, then the "Meeting Manager" link.
- Attendees should have their screen settings
set to 1024 x 768 during the webcast for best resolution.
- At any time during a webcast you may ask questions
by going to the WebEx Meeting Manager screen, entering your question
in the Chat area, and clicking the Send button. Questions will be answered
in the order they came in at the end of the webcast.
